Vasili Kapetanakis formed Creative Outcomes in May 2007. Creative Outcomes is registered as a Limited Company in England and Wales (6234653). It is also VAT registered (906098614).

Vasili is the company's sole director and social work practitioner and formed the company as a framework to provide better quality, more flexible and creative social work. Independent Family and Children Social Work Services have been the basis of the Company's core business since its formation. Child focused assessments and interventions motivate and underpin the provision of these services.

2010 also saw the launching of new family mediation services as an alternative means to resolving disputes and conflict in partnership and assocaition with other mediators. 

The ultimate objective is to continue to provide services that are personal and responsive to clients' individual needs and situations. This allows for reflective approaches in practice, rather than a standardised, "one size fits all" approach.

Creative Outcomes is also a member of the Federation of Small Businesses which supports and encourages self employed and small businesses.
